Acadian Monitoring Services will be contacting your customer to provide them with the personal emergency response system. If the contractual agreement with your agency allows, we will mail the unit with installation instructions to the customer at a charge of $10 for shipping (UPS). This shipping charge may be subject to change based on the fluctuation of shipping charges incurred by Acadian. If a technician is needed or required to handle the install, a $25 installation fee will be charged.
